WPM Recognized as Top Property Management Company in Maryland
Company earns multiple awards in Maryland and Pennsylvania for Multifamily Housing Expertise
WPM Real Estate Management has earned the top spot in Maryland as the 2023 Gold Property Management Company of the Year, awarded by the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA).
One of the premier property management organizations serving the Mid-Atlantic region, WPM was recognized at both the 2023 MMHA Star Awards and the Pennsylvania Apartment Association's (PAA) 2023 Pennsylvania Keystone Awards, earning top awards across multiple categories for its leasing, maintenance and overall property management excellence.

At the MMHA Star Awards, WPM earned: Gold in the categories of Property Manager of the Year, Service Technician of the Year, Elevator Community of the Year, Townhome Community of the Year, and Garden Community of the Year. Overall, three WPM Associates and 19 WPM-managed properties were recognized with MMHA Star Awards. At the PAA Keystone Awards, four WPM managed properties won 1st Place for Leasing, Maintenance & Overall Excellence, and another two were awarded 1st Place for Leasing & Maintenance and 1st Place for Leasing & Overall Excellence. Overall, eight WPM-managed properties were recognized with PAA Keystone Awards.
WPM continues to expand its geographic footprint beyond Maryland and Pennsylvania, most recently managing the lease up of River House Apartments, a 150-unit, new-construction, luxury apartment community along the Christina River in South Wilmington, Delaware. The company also has expanded its reach into the MidSouth region, most recently taking over management for Model Tobacco Lofts, an adaptive reuse, 203-unit luxury apartment community in Richmond, Virginia, and managing the lease-up of Metropolis at Innsbrook Apartments, a brand new luxury multifamily development with 402-units in its first phase of development.
